Pricing begins at $800 for males and $1,000 for females, However, puppies are priced according to quality and color. Solids and females will be priced higher. Our puppies are priced individually between 4-5 weeks of age. At this time each baby can be more accurately accessed for pricing based on sex, quality, color & estimated size at maturity.  We produce high quality purebred Imperial Shih Tzu! We breed for health, beauty and loviing dispositions!

 

Our puppies are sold with limited AKC registration. Full AKC registration with breeding rights can be given for an additional fee to approved individuals only.

 

We can not guarantee a size or color of any puppy. It is impossible to know this for certain. Shih tzu's can grow at different rates & have been known to change coat colors completely. I can however; give you my best educated guess based on experience, knowing my breeding stock and past litters.

 

 

Deposit is 1/2 the purchase price of the puppy and must be recived within 5 working days of you picking out your puppy.

 

Payment Types Accepted - We only accept USPS Postal Money orders sent via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or Cash for local pick up. No other forms of payment will be accepted.

 

Note: Please make sure you can accept the responsibility of a puppy as deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstances!

 

Deposits are good for one year and can be transferred to future litters.

Shipping is available for an additional $300 weather permitting. This includes airline ticket, health certificate and crate. Buyer assumes all costs associated with shipping, Note: We will drive to surrounding areas within 1 hour to meet you with your new puppy, for a minimal fee of $50.

Balance Due - The final balance including shipping fees are due by the time your selected puppy is 7 weeks of age, if shipping. If your picking your puppy up in person you may bring the remaining balance at that time in the form of cash or a USPS money order. If the balance due is not received by the time the puppy is 9 weeks old & no other arrangements have been made, the deposit is forfeited, the contract is condidered Null & Void and the puppy will be placed back up for adoption.

Waiting List Pre-Deposit - A $500 Pre-deposit will reserve your position on our waiting list where you will have the option of selecting a puppy from one of our current litters or waiting for a future litter in the order of when pre-deposits were received. Please give us color and gender you are most interested in. Your pre-deposit will be applied towards the deposit and purchase price of your selected puppy. Pre-Deposits are Non-refundable, under any circumstances! Deposit minus your pre-deposit must be received within 5 business days of your puppy selection. Only after everyone on our waiting list has been contacted, we will offer a puppy for sale to the general public that are not on our waiting list.

 

Note: Keep in mind there may not be the prefered color or gender choice born for the people who are ahead of you, so even with a full waiting list something still may become available & move you up on the list.
